Death of Charles Joffe

A legendary producer, Charles H. Joffe is best known for his guidance of the careers of Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, and Woody Allen, and was co-producer of almost all of Allen’s films. He was a great supporter of the Just For Laughs Festival, and will be fondly remembered. Joffe passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, after a long illness, he was 78.
